John Olah addressed the Advocates' Society Fall Convention in the Bahamas on the contentious issue of Social Host Liability. On January 18, 2006 the Childs Case was heard in the Supreme Court of Canada. John's presentation below outlines the facts and reasons of the presiding Trial and Appeal Courts findings.
Mr. Olah's practice centers on Civil Litigation, including complex commercial, tort litigation and environmental law. He has appeared at all levels of courts including the Court of Appeal for the Supreme Court of Canada.
