John A. Olah addressed the Law Society's program, Torts Update 2007 on causation and presented an article co-written by himself and Paul Martin of Beard Winter LLP.

Mr. Olah's practice centers on Civil Litigation, including complex commercial, tort litigation and environmental law. He has appeared at all levels of courts including the Court of Appeal for the Supreme Court of Canada.
