Graduated from the University of Toronto in 1974 (B.Comm).
Peter's corporate/commercial practice focuses primarily on the areas of mergers and acquisitions and debtor/creditor law, including restructuring. He counts among his clients numerous small and medium-sized entrepreneurial-based companies. In the insolvency area, he acts for both debtors and creditors.
For several years, he has been on the Board of Directors of a corporation which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Oolagen, a community organization offering a broad range of services to children from the ages of 13 to 18 who are at risk.
In the past, Peter has lectured on directors' and officers' liability and taught several law courses.
