The Commercial Real Estate Financing Group provides representation to these sectors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including the preparation of commitment letters, security documents and inter-lender agreements.

The Firm represents lenders involved in major construction and acquisition financing to individuals, partnerships, corporations, joint ventures, REITs and Pension Plans. The members of this group have been involved in the negotiation and closing of the purchase and sale of large mortgage portfolios involving simultaneous registrations in numerous Ontario registry offices and provinces as well as the drafting standard charge terms on behalf of major institutional lenders.
