Acceptable proof of identification will be required before responding to such a request. We may charge you a fee to access your personal information; however, we will advise you of any fee in advance.

Beard Winter may not be able to provide you with access to your personal information where the information cannot be separated from the records of others; cannot be disclosed for reasons of security or commercial confidentiality; or is protected by legal privilege. There are instances where applicable law or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide some or all of the information that we hold about you.
