Successfully argued issue of proportional costs in the context of settlement of a claim when one insurer had taken a on off coverage position as it relates to a motor vehicle policy.
Argued for an application to be dismissed on the basis of delay and failure to follow the procedural requirements of the Human Rights Code.
Resisted a motion to reinstate an action which had been dismissed on procedural grounds pursuant to the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Successfully maintained an administrative dismissal of a $500,000 subrogated claim on the basis of a procedural dismissal order.
Argued against costs apportionment to a Statutory Third Party on the basis of a lack of legal standing in personal injury matter.
Successfully argued for the plaintiff to execute a proper full and final release to an action.
