Beard Winter LLP welcomes new associate lawyer Agnes Ng to the firm. Agnes is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Law practice areas providing legal representation to clients on a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate and corporate commercial matters.
Agnes was called to the Ontario bar in 2017. Prior to joining Beard Winter, Agnes worked for four years as a real estate lawyer at a boutique business law firm in Toronto.
Combining her interest in real estate with her corporate commercial experience, Agnes advises corporations and individuals on commercial and multi-family income real estate projects ranging from industrial, office, shopping centres, apartments, condominiums and single-family developments.
In her corporate practice, Agnes advises start-ups, emerging enterprises, established companies as well as troubled businesses seeking to avoid bankruptcy.
