She often acts for camps, group homes, foster care agencies, private educational institutions and public school boards in defence of claims related to personal injury, abuse, bullying, special needs students, and expulsion issues. Lauren has been invited to be a guest lecturer at a Toronto law school and has repeatedly spoken at legal conferences to help keep the personal injury bar abreast of legal developments. She has appeared regularly at all levels of court in Ontario and has proven successful on numerous summary judgment motions. She has argued novel issues of law before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. Lauren has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada from 2024 to date, in personal injury litigation.
