We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our insurance defence team. The lawyer should have 4-7 years of insurance defence litigation experience, and will be given the opportunity to handle their own files as well as assist senior lawyers within a wide range of insurance defence matters, including but not limited to bodily injury, statutory accident benefits, occupiers’ liability, commercial general liability, products liability, coverage opinions and priority disputes, etc.

The anticipated base annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00 to $160,000.00. This range represents the anticipated compensation for the position in compliance with Ontario’s pay transparency requirements. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may fall above or below this range, depending on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, market conditions, and internal equity. Final compensation will be confirmed upon completion of the recruitment process
