Although Avery is a relatively recent call to the bar, he has already gained notable experience as a litigator. Avery articled and practiced at a reputable downtown Vancouver family law firm, which allowed him to experience various high-net worth complex family law matters. Avery moved to Ontario in September 2023, where he practiced at a large firm in Hamilton before joining Beard Winter.
