Bringing a background in math and a keen interest in market and non-market economics and behavioural finance to bear in analyzing legal and business problems provides Brandon with tools to help clients solve legal and commercial issues they may face.
Prior to arriving at Beard Winter, Brandon practised for five years at full-service national law firms in Calgary and Toronto, focusing on private mergers and acquisitions and public issuer work. He also worked for the Office of the Official Opposition in the Province of New Brunswick, drafting the Province’s Child and Youth Advocate Act while in law school. Brandon shares the 2004 Ludlow Hall Pairs Foosball Championship.
