Loretta obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Criminology, with a minor in Italian and Political Science from the University of Toronto (St. Michael’s College). She obtained her JD from Osgoode Hall. She is currently awaiting confirmation of her call to the bar in British Columbia.
Loretta has successfully represented her clients before the Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court. She also regularly represents insurers at the License Appeal Tribunal. She speaks Italian and is conversational in French.
