Giselle Fiacco

Giselle Fiacco is an associate lawyer at the firm, in the litigation group, practicing primarily insurance defence. She previously articled with the firm. Prior to joining Beard Winter, Giselle worked at a boutique Insurance Defence firm in Toronto.

She completed her Juris Doctor at Western University. During her time at Western Law, Giselle was actively involved in the student community, serving as a mentor for prospective law students, Co-Chair of Orientation Week, Vice President of Events for the Italian Students Law Society, and as a Staff Editor for the Western Journal of Legal Studies. She also participated in several mooting competitions and acted as the Researcher for Western Law’s Wilson Moot team.

Prior to law school, Giselle completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at York University.

In her spare time, Giselle enjoys reading fiction, travelling, and attending sports games and concerts.
