About Make a Will Month
November is Make a Will Month. The Ontario Bar Association and Toronto Public Library team up each November to connect legal professionals with the community on this vital topic. It is estimated that 65% of Canadians do not have an up-to-date will. A properly drafted Will and Powers of Attorney for both Property and Personal Care, are important to you and your family and will help avoid expense, delay and conflict in the future. In these online sessions, Trusts and Estates lawyers will explain and discuss the topics of Wills, Estate Planning and Powers of Attorney, including the consequences of not having these in place.
